Hatay is a struggle that has lasted for years and is a personal issue for the greatest statesmen. The solution of Hatay actually dates back to the recent past. Hatay, which changed regimes many times until 1939 and is now known only as a city, has a much more complicated history than it seems. Hatay changed hands many times, and there were differences in regimes. They constantly sat at the table to reach a compromise, and as a result, it was no longer the issue of a single state. This handful of land was now an international issue.

The turks fought diplomatic struggles for years ,after all these struggles, Hatay was no longer just a handful of land. Hatay was now the will of a nation, a people. In fact, it was also the personal matter of the father of the Turks ever accepted by many people in the world. He could even lose his own life for the sake of Hatay because he believed that The Hatay issue was won not with weapons, but with the determination of the people and their belief in the Turkish National Oath.

Our committee represents not only the accession of a region of Turkey but also the victory of the spirit of national unity and solidarity. The positions and decisions they will take will determine the fate of Hatay. Will Hatay disappear in the darkness or will it rise from the ashes under the roof of the most powerful states? This is the decision lens of the League of Nations. After all, Hatay was not just a piece of land, but a promise to be kept...
